Vladimir Medinsky commented on the possibility of resuming negotiations in Istanbul. The corresponding video was published by the journalist of the Kremlin pool Alexander Yunashev.
He asked the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation on the move if it was possible to continue the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Turkey.
"Time will tell,— Medinsky replied.
He added that "in general, one should live in Russia for a long time, as Field Marshal Minich said, and his fate proved it."
As reported by EADaily, former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the possibility of negotiations with Russia was exhausted a month ago. He said this in an interview with Novini Live.
According to the ex-minister, the American side missed the moment for diplomatic pressure on Russia because of internal political processes on the eve of the elections.
