Top blogger and model Victoria Bonya filed a lawsuit against the former fiancee of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Grigory Leps Aurora Kibe for 3 million rubles because of defamatory information. This is reported by the Izvestia portal.

It is specified that Kiba posted a post on her page on the social network, in which she reported that Bonya allegedly "spent her whole life in the status of someone's mistress, not a journalist, and began by selling her body to married people for € 3 thousand, which the whole country knows about."

The blogger found this information defamatory and damaging to her reputation as an entrepreneur, as well as contributing to the loss of trust from partners and customers.

"In addition, the blogger is raising a minor daughter and this kind of lie, according to the plaintiff, hurts the child's fragile psyche. Bonya asks the court to recognize the information as defamatory, oblige Kiba to publicly refute the information and recover moral damage," the publication says.

At the same time, the publication of Kiba has already been deleted at the moment.

In court, Kiba's representative stated that she did not recognize the claims, and there was no proper confirmation in the case file that the defendant had posted the information from the account.

The hearing will continue in June this year.

As EADaily reported, the lawsuit was originally filed in October last year, but the court found that the application was filed with violations and temporarily left it without movement. Later, the statement of claim was accepted for production, a conversation was scheduled on it.

Then the Kuzminsky court of Moscow transferred Boni's claim for the protection of honor and dignity to the Zamoskvoretsky court due to a violation of the rules of jurisdiction.
