The European Union is ready to take over the satellite monitoring of the ceasefire on Ukraine. This was stated at a press conference following a meeting of the EU Security Council by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas.
This is stated in a message on the official website of the European Union.
"We are advancing our work on EU security guarantees for Ukraine when there is a truce. This includes strengthening the EU Satellite Center so that it can also provide support for monitoring the ceasefire," Callas said.
