According to TSN, the Kiev region police even commented on the incident, promising that they would "identify people who listened to Russian songs in Obukhov."

"The police have registered the information in the unified register of statements and reports on crimes and other events. An inspection is currently underway, and the persons involved in this offense are being identified," the police said.
