Zelensky phoned Fico before his trip to Moscow on 9 May and called to Kiev

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, phoned Robert Fico before his trip to Moscow on May 9. He announced this in his telegram channel.

"I just spoke with the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico. We need strong relations between our states, and we are both interested in this. It was important to hear that Slovakia supports Ukraine's membership in the European Union and is ready to share its experience of joining," Zelensky writes in his telegram channel.

According to Zelensky, he invited Fico to Kiev and thanked him for the invitation to come to Bratislava. The parties discussed the possibility of a personal meeting in the near future. "Our teams will work on schedule," Zelensky added.

As reported by EADaily, the Czech Republic issued permission for the flight of Robert Fico's plane to Russia. This was stated in the social network X by the press secretary of the Czech Foreign Ministry, Adam Cherge, the Novinky publication reported.

Earlier, the Baltic countries banned the flight of the Fico board in Russia, and in Poland was told that they would not have to make an appropriate decision.
