The Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a tanker under the flag of Liberia in the territorial waters of Russia

An oil tanker under the flag of Liberia was attacked by Ukrainian UAVs in the sea zone in In the Krasnodar Territory, the captain suffered as a result. This was stated by the official representative of the RF IC Svetlana Petrenko.

"An oil tanker flying the flag of the Republic of Liberia was attacked by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the territorial waters of the Russian Federation. Its captain, a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, was injured, he was hospitalized," she said.

On the fact of a massive UAV attack in the Krasnodar Territory, the TFR opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

"Any vessel related to economic activity in the ports of Ukraine should go to the bottom," commented TC "Two Majors".

Earlier today, Governor Veniamin Kondratiev said that as a result of a night attack by Ukrainian drones, in particular, in Novorossiysk, UAV debris hit a civilian vessel, a fire broke out, which was promptly eliminated. One person was injured, he was taken to the Novorossiysk hospital. Presumably, it was a question of a tanker, which has now been announced in the RF IC.

The regional authorities also informed that the greatest damage from the night attack of drones was recorded in Tuapse. Two people died there, including a child. Seven were injured. The wreckage of the UAV fell both in residential buildings and on the territory of the seaport. Emergency mode was introduced in the Tuapse district. The attack also affected other coastal cities in the region, including Sochi and Dagomys, Kondratyev pointed out.
