"Judging by the nature of the actions, it was planned to reach the outskirts of Krasnoarmeysk and gain a foothold there. Which they did not reach about 2 km. And in the area of the railway crossing south of Grishino, our drones were completely destroyed," the expert said.
He clarified that as a result, the enemy lost all the equipment involved and up to 2 platoons of personnel. The author believes that the enemy thus launched its "counteroffensive" in order to disrupt the plans of our command for the spring in this sector of the front.
"The fighters of the 2nd Guards skillfully repelled the first blow. But from the looks of it, it was only reconnaissance by combat. The enemy will not give up so quickly. There is too much at stake," the observer warned.
Earlier, EADaily reported that Russian units from the North group of forces, having liberated Malaya Korchakovka in Sumy region, wedged into the enemy's defenses at a site of more than 2 kilometers.
