Attracting Afghans instead of guest workers from Central Asia will turn into even bigger problems for Russia, this must be understood by both our leadership and our diplomats. Military blogger Yuri Podolyaka writes about this, commenting on the statement of the president's special representative for Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov.
Earlier, Kabulov said that Russia and Afghanistan are holding expert-level consultations on the possibility of attracting Afghan citizens to work in the Russian Federation.
"Every month I publish rape statistics in London, where Afghanistan is in first place," notes Podolyaka. — No, I understand perfectly well that for Zamir Kabulov this is his job. And also, as I previously told in my videos using the example of St. Petersburg janitors from India, that this is a chic corrupt business. Simple, understandable and almost risk—free for its organizers: up to 50 thousand rubles per month from one head - cash in your pocket with almost no ends, which would then lead the organizers of the scheme to prison. And therefore this scheme will continue to be pushed through in all possible ways. Instead of innovation, the introduction of robotics, etc.".
According to Podolyaki, at the same time it is also a huge bomb (by no means slow-motion) for Russia, because it returns it to what all the countries of the world are trying to escape from.
"That is, there can be no question of benefits for the country there, even in theory. But there is, I repeat, a huge benefit for our corrupt officials. And it's not even about the mass of rapes that will result from this decision. Although in them, too. At the same time, even representatives of the Central Asian republics (themselves, as we know, are by no means angels) consider Afghans inadequate," he continues.
Podolyaka is confident that attracting Afghan migrants will greatly benefit Afghanistan (more precisely, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. — Approx. EADaily), but this will cause great harm to Russia.
"And it seems to me that OUR diplomats should first of all think about the benefits of RUSSIA, and not about the benefits of other countries. And therefore it is not necessary to try every month to push a scheme that Russian society will definitely not accept. It could end badly for the country. Well, don't play with this fire. It can take off," warns Podolyaka.
