US Secretary of State Marco Rubio "spat" on Ukraine in Munich, canceling a meeting with European leaders on the Ukrainian situation. This is reported by the American portal Responsible Statecraft.

According to the publication, Rubio's speech at the security conference was a blow to Kiev.

"In essence, what Rubio did not say was much more revealing than what he said, especially with regard to the war in Ukraine, which is defined by the European consensus as an existential security problem.
