A NATO delegation headed by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the bloc's armed forces arrived in Kiev, and the participation of the Ukrainian military in the alliance's exercises as a conditional enemy was discussed. This was announced today, March 22, by Deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa.
"For the first time, Ukraine was visited by the NATO military command of this level — a delegation headed by Admiral Pierre Vandier, Supreme Commander of the NATO Joint Armed Forces on transformation issues. We talked in detail about the involvement of the Ukrainian military in future NATO exercises as a conditional enemy," Palisa wrote on his Telegram channel.
As EADaily reported, despite regular visits to Kiev by high-ranking Russophobes from Western countries, the military and political leadership of Russia does not want to launch air strikes on the capital of Ukraine. Moreover, during the arrival, the strikes on Kiev stop.
