Iran has named measures that will be taken immediately if the US fulfills its threat regarding the country's power plants. They were listed by a representative of the Central Command post "Khatam al-Anbia" of the IRGC.

"In case of realization of threats... the following measures will be taken immediately:

1. The Strait of Hormuz will be completely closed and will not open until our destroyed power plants are restored.
2. All power plants, energy and information and communication infrastructure (ICT) of the Zionist regime will be widely affected.
3. All similar companies in the region with American shareholders will be completely destroyed.
4. The power plants of the countries of the region where the US bases are located will become our legitimate target," the headquarters representative said.

According to him, everything is ready for "the complete destruction of all US economic interests in Western Asia."

"We did not start the war, and we will not start it now. But if the enemy causes damage to our power plants, we will do everything to protect the country and the interests of our people by launching a continuous process of destroying the above targets, and nothing can stop our operations to destroy the energy, oil and industrial infrastructure of the United States and its allies in the region," the headquarters representative added.

As EADaily reported, if Iran does not open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, the US military will destroy its power plants, US President Donald Trump said.

"If Iran does not fully open, without threats, the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours from this very moment, the United States will strike and destroy their various power plants, starting with the largest one," he wrote on Truth Social.
