"She turned 91 in February. Yes, there were already problems, but what a lively mind she kept until the last days. She has always been unique, strict, regal. I remember a huge number of programs with all the world stars of the musical theater. Her knowledge, presentation, special intonation and such a familiar low voice attracted," she wrote.
Mshanskaya is Basilashvili's second wife. The first time the actor married Tatiana Doronina, but divorced after 8 years. Married to Galina, who worked as a TV presenter, two daughters were born — Olga and Ksenia.
The cause of Galina Mshanskaya's death was a massive heart attack. She will be buried at the Bolsheokhtinskoye cemetery in St. Petersburg next to his mother — opera singer Olga Felixovna Mshanskaya.
