The famous Russian playwright and founder of the theater in Yekaterinburg, who was previously hospitalized, Nikolai Kolyada has been unconscious for two days. His sister told the telegram channel E1 about this.
"It's bad, he's unconscious. At least I would wake up, I'm already praying to all the gods," the woman hopes.
According to her, they often called on the phone, but on Tuesday and Wednesday — February 24 and 25 — he did not answer the call. A relative was informed from the theater that Kolyada was hospitalized.
"The gastrointestinal tract was checked, they said that everything was fine. He has bilateral pneumonia," she said.
Also, the playwright's sister added that after the New Year he complained of persistent colds, sprayed his throat, drank pills.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the Yekaterinburg Kolyada Theater, playwright, director and actor, Honored Artist of Russia Nikolai Kolyada felt ill on February 25. The playwright was hospitalized from his apartment. He ended up in the intensive care unit of one of the medical institutions of Yekaterinburg.
68-year-old Kolyada is the author of more than 100 plays, which are performed in many theaters in Russia. He is also the director of classical and modern dramatic works.
