Relatives of the late Latvian basketball player Janis Timma filed a lawsuit in a Moscow court against his ex-wife, singer Anna Sedokova, demanding the division of property. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court materials.
The plaintiffs in the application are the parents of basketball player Raitis and Ausma Timma, as well as his first wife Sana Osha.
The essence of the claims in the court documents is not specified, according to the application, an interview is scheduled for March of this year.
As EADaily reported, on December 17, 2024, the body of the former spouse of singer Anna Sedokova, Latvian basketball player Janis Timma, was found in the entrance of a house in the center of Moscow.
A week before that, the judicial section of the justice of the peace of Khoroshevsky district of Moscow granted Sedokova's claim for divorce. In Russia, Timma played for Zenit St. Petersburg and Khimki near Moscow from 2015 to 2021.
Sedokova was hospitalized after the news of her ex-husband's suicide.
The investigation found that the cause of Janis Timma's death was suicide, other versions have not been confirmed.
