NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte spoke about his conversation with the Ukrainian dog Patron. He shared his memories with the participants of the Munich Security Conference.
"I looked the Patron dog in the eye and he told me that we would never give up," Rutte said.
The NATO Secretary General described the Patron as a responsible dog who is "in a sense a hero" of Ukraine.
