"The information spread in the media space about the explosion of a car on the territory of the Western Administrative District of the capital does not correspond to reality," the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk wrote in her Max channel.
Wolf added that the explosion was mistaken for the ignition of a 2001 vehicle.
