One of the Russian-speaking organizers of the events set out to bring in 2026, who left from Russian singer Alla Pugacheva with a concert in Dubai (UAE). This is reported by the portal <url>.

"The conditions are being discussed: a closed event, admission by very expensive invitation tickets, any shooting (photo and video) is prohibited," the publication says.

It has not yet been possible to reach an agreement on the fee. The maximum customer is about 20 million rubles (€ 220 thousand), the singer wants more — around € 350 thousand or about 31.7 million rubles.

The publication notes that, according to available information, over the past years, the singer has performed at private events in Latvia and at Cyprus.

"No one has been asking about Alla Pugacheva's performances for a long time, not even interested. It was possible to organize everything with the available budget, but no one needs it," one of the concert organizers admitted in an interview with the portal.

As EADaily reported, earlier the singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov promised to continue celebrating the holiday, which was invented by his ex-wife Pugacheva. We are talking about the first resurrection of spring, which the artist considers a family tradition.
