The Presnensky District Court of Moscow accepted for consideration the claim of the head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project (FPBC) Vitaly Borodin to the Russian singer Alla Pugacheva about the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. The relevant information appeared in the electronic database of Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
It is noted that the lawsuit was accepted for production on January 28 of this year. For the first time, the application was considered by the court in November 2025. The essence of the claim is still unknown.
As EADaily reported, earlier the courts rejected six lawsuits filed against the Prima Donna by lawyer and veteran of combat operations in Afghanistan Alexander Treshchev.
He filed lawsuits in Tverskaya, Savelovsky and Presnensky courts of Moscow, as well as Odintsovo Court of the Moscow region. None of the attempts were successful. In all cases, the court either left the application without motion, or returned it to the plaintiff, citing the lack of jurisdiction of this court.
Borodina and Treshchev was outraged by the singer's interview, which she gave to journalist and blogger Katerina Gordeeva ❶. In particular, the statements of the prima donna praising the leader of the Chechen separatists Dzhokhar Dudayev.
Treshchev also sent appeals to the Prosecutor General's Office and The Investigative Committee with a request to check the singer's interview for a crime under Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities).
Borodin had previously filed a similar lawsuit with the Odintsovo court of the Moscow region, which was returned to the applicant.
