Kotz ridiculed the "depth" of such a thought.

"Do you feel the depth of thought? No? So everything is logical. If it hits with fresh missiles, then there are no old ones left in the warehouses. And the new ones will be enough, according to the classics, for two or three days. That's it," said the military correspondent.
