Alla Pugacheva no longer has the rights to the Retsital trademark operating in Russia. The reason is the expiration date, as reported by Kommersant today, November 17.
The relevant data are contained in the database of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).
Diva applied for a trademark on October 6, 2015. Under the "Recital" you can publish books, book tickets, write music, rent sound recordings and so on.
EADaily reminds that the name "Recital" was worn by a musical group created by Pugacheva in the 80s. The collective accompanied the artist at all her performances until 2010.
