According to him, as a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to activate the Istanbul agreements: we are talking about the release of 1,200 Ukrainians.
"Technical consultations will be held in the near future. They should fix all procedural and organizational issues," the NSDC secretary said.
Earlier, he urgently left Ukraine and flew to Turkey, but not in Ankara, nor in Moscow did not confirm Umerov's statements about holding negotiations and consultations.
