The Tushinsky court of Moscow rejected a lawsuit against actress and TV presenter, Honored Artist of Russia Larisa Guzeeva for the protection of honor and dignity. This was reported in court.
"The court's decision to satisfy Victoria Zigrist's claim to Larisa Guzeeva for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation was denied," a court spokesman told RIA Novosti.
It is specified that the lawsuit was filed in May of this year. Four court hearings were held as part of the consideration of the application, and the court also made three requests.

In January 2025, Guzeeva posted a post about fraudulent journalists who stole her childhood photos during a conversation. A certain Victoria left a comment with support and condolences, because she experienced a similar thing — her Nikita's son was stolen by the order and 6 million rubles. To which I received an answer from the TV presenter: "I went to your page. You're lying." Victoria received comments with threats and accusations of involvement in the CIP.
According to the telegram channel, Victoria's son Nikita was born in Orske, lived in Switzerland for 14 years. in 2014 he went to Ukraine and became the defender of LDNR under the call sign Vinnie. In April 2022, Nikita was killed in a battle for Popasnuyu in LNR.
After correspondence with the actress, Victoria certified screenshots from the social network page at a notary in Switzerland, translated the documents and sent a lawsuit to the Russian court.
