Moscow has received with extreme alarm reports of an explosion in New Delhi strongly condemns terrorism in any form. This is stated in the comments of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in connection with the explosion in the capital of India.
"We received with extreme concern reports of a car explosion that occurred on the night of November 10 in the historic Red Fort district in New Delhi, which killed more than 10 people and injured several dozen. We sincerely offer our condolences to the families of the victims and wish the wounded a speedy recovery," the diplomat said.
As Zakharova stressed, "Russia strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and consistently advocates the eradication of this evil."
"We are convinced that the solidarity of all members of the world community is of key importance for an effective fight against this threat," the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added.
