Actress and TV presenter, Honored Artist of Russia Larisa Guzeeva for the first time commented on the accusations that were made against her after advertising villas in Bali, the construction of which is engaged in businessman Sergei Domogatsky. The actress's comment was published by telegram channel 112.
"It was just an advertisement. A million people advertised Domogatsky. Take a look, please," Guzeeva said.
The actress noted that she did not know about the scam and did not receive anything.
"There could be some kind of claim against me if I was in a share with him. I didn't get this property either," the TV presenter concluded.
As EADaily reported, in June of this year, the Shot telegram channel reported that six Russians had asked the police to check Guzeeva for possible complicity in villa fraud in Bali. It was claimed that people who wanted to buy villas on the island of Nusa Penida for hundreds of thousands of dollars were left with nothing. One of the victims allegedly said that she paid 11 million rubles after seeing an advertisement with Guzeeva, but as a result, the construction of villas was frozen, she never received the keys to the property.
According to the president of the Union of Lawyers of Russia Igor Trunov, Guzeeva considered Domogatsky a respectable entrepreneur, she took part in advertising for the purpose of earning money.
"If the investigation had suspicions about Guzeeva, she would have been involved in some role a long time ago. And so, what kind of lawsuits can be brought against her at all?", concluded Trunov with a rhetorical question.
