People's Artist of Russia, soloist of the Golden Ring collective Nadezhda Kadysheva gives part of her performances, in particular at corporate parties, to her son Grigory due to health problems. This was stated by music producer Sergey Dvortsov.
"As for her retirement from the stage and the end of her career: firstly, she began to have health problems. Nadezhda Nikitichna is no longer young — hence all these ensuing moments. Of course, she transfers part of her performance rights to her son, who will periodically perform at corporate events instead of her, as far as I know," he told RIA Novosti.
At the same time, the producer noted that there is no reason to talk with absolute probability about the end of Kadysheva's career, since she is experiencing a new wave of popularity. However, the possibility of leaving the scene in the near future cannot be ruled out.
"On New Year's Eve 2026, she refused to speak from the word "at all" — I think for family reasons and because of her health condition. She has worked out quite a serious pool of concerts in spring, summer and autumn. I believe that I have earned enough to even stay at home on New Year's Eve and spend it with my family and friends," Dvortsov concluded.
As reported by EADaily, earlier the Kadysheva Theater settled a copyright lawsuit. According to the portal "Paragraph", the reason for the lawsuit was the hits of the collective "Russia! Russia!" and "The stream flows." The general director of the National Folk Music and Song Theater Golden Ring LLC, People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva and her husband Alexander Kostyuk, under a settlement agreement with the Russian Copyright Society (RAO), pledged to pay about 183 thousand rubles.
