Special Envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff during a meeting between Vladimir Zelensky and Donald Trump demanded that the head of the Kiev regime give Donbass to Russia. This is reported by the Washington Post.
According to the publication, it was about the "transfer of control" over the DPR to Russia.
"During the meeting on Friday, Witkoff put pressure on the Ukrainian delegation about the transfer of Donbass, noting that the region is mostly Russian-speaking...," the publication reports.
The article also notes that the Ukrainians hoped to receive long-range Tomahawk missiles at the meeting, but left with nothing.
Recall that on Friday, Trump met with Zelensky in Washington. The American leader behaved quite harshly during the meeting and refused to transfer long-range missiles to Kiev.
