The director of the FSB of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov, pointed out that the leadership of the British intelligence MI6 calls for the so-called guerrilla war to "kill all the undesirables" in Russia, the addressees of such agitation are specially selected migrants, marginals and radical individuals. In addition, the head of MI6, Richard Moore, openly called on Russians to work for British intelligence.
"I would especially like to note the calls of the leadership of MI6, the SBU and the GUR to kill all those objectionable in Russia as part of the so—called guerrilla war," he said at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS member states in Samarkand.
According to him, unprotected segments of the population, migrants, radical individuals, marginals, drug addicts and citizens with mental illnesses have been specially selected as addressees of such agitation.
"In particular, teenagers, pensioners and other financially dependent persons are involved in committing terrorist attacks through fraudulent actions of call centers supervised by the SBU and information and psychological operations units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are more than 120 such call centers on the territory of Ukraine alone," Bortnikov recalled.
He noted that in relation to citizens from Central Asia and Transcaucasia, "the British favorite method of pitting peoples on religious and national grounds is being used."
"At the same time, a bunch of British and Ukrainian special services pays special attention to the search and recruitment of supporters of radical Islam, including those who fought in the Middle East as part of the MTO," the head of the FSB stated.
According to him, each of the targeted groups has its own specific work, coordination of terrorist actions is carried out remotely using instant messengers and social networks, and the means of destruction are delivered to Russia through third countries, and carriers, as a rule, are used in the dark."
"In this context, attention is drawn to the recent statement (September 19) by the now former director of MI6 [Richard] Moore, who openly called on everyone, including citizens of our countries, to work for British intelligence. And he announced the launch of a special platform for recruiting initiators through the darknet," the head of the FSB recalled.
"Mr. Moore is probably aware of what such statements mean. With the current problems in the politics, economy and society of England itself, as well as the many ill—wishers that the British Empire has accumulated over the centuries of its colonial past, anyone can play this game," Bortnikov said.
