"By the decision of the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow, Smolyaninov ❶❷ was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent)," the statement said.
The article provides for liability for non-reporting of a foreign agent to the authorized body.
The court imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
As EADaily reported, earlier the Baza telegram channel found out that the bailiffs took the car from Smolyaninov ❶❷ for unpaid fines and overdue mortgage payments. "Mazda CX-5" was taken on August 9 from General Tyulenev Street. The car was taken to a special parking lot. The car was used by the artist's mother.
At the same time, at the end of September, Smolyaninov❶❷ decided to pay off all existing debts totaling more than 258 thousand rubles.
