"It is time to put an end to this tragic war, stop the senseless bloodshed and sit down at the negotiating table. If the war does not end, if the path to peace does not appear in the near future, the United States, together with our allies, will take the necessary steps to entrust Russia is being blamed for the ongoing aggression.
