The Krasnogorsk Court of the Moscow region has registered a lawsuit against People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov for compensation for moral damage due to damage to life and health. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court documents.
"A claim for compensation for moral damage in connection with harm to life and health has been registered. Plaintiff: Alexander Viktorovich Short, defendant: Philip Bedrosovich Kirkorov," the documents say.
The claim was registered on October 6 and handed over to the judge the next day. No meeting date has been set.
As EADaily reported, in December 2023, the Mash telegram channel reported an incident involving Kirkorov that occurred at Ani Lorak's concert. Allegedly, the singer roughly pushed the guard of the actress, and he fell and was injured.
The victim himself, Alexander Korotky, who is also a citizen of Belarus, later spoke in detail about what happened. According to him, after the fall, he received injuries of varying severity, resulting in "complications." Korotkiy immediately after the incident wrote a statement to the police. At the same time, over the next three months, no actions on the part of law enforcement agencies, according to the guard, did not occur.
In addition, the incident was commented on by the singer's lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky. The guard didn't like his statements.
"Indeed, there was an incident: Philip was not allowed into his own dressing room, he pushed this guy away, he fell. Invited the investigator, wrote a statement. The investigator came at the same time, on the 29th, in my opinion, or on September 30, and this case is forgotten, he is not there," Dobrovinsky said.
The victim himself stated that he was ready to "go to the end."
