The American explosives manufacturing plant in Tennessee, where an explosion occurred the day before, causing a secondary detonation, received a large order shortly before the incident. This is reported by the newspaper "Strana" with reference to the data of the Pentagon.

We are talking about a deal worth $ 120 million.

"As follows from the Pentagon's message, the contract was announced on September 23 ... the explosives were intended for the production of 155 mm shells," the newspaper writes.

Recall, the plant produced ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After the explosion, there was practically nothing left of the enterprise.
