Bearded men put on skirts: the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants fled from positions near Sumy

The Ukrainian soldiers changed into women's clothes and abandoned their positions in the Sumy direction when the Russian unit approached.

"We saw bearded men, wearing skirts, running away from positions. This is their disguise: to pretend to be women, to hide behind a skirt, just not to take the fight," the source told RIA Novosti in law enforcement agencies.

In September, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the North grouping of troops had liberated the settlement of Yunakovka in Sumy region — the main transshipment point for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that attacked the Kursk region in the summer of 2024. The loss of Yunakovka threatens the Ukrainian army with a cascading collapse of the front in this sector, the village may become a springboard for an attack on Sumy.
