All these years Russia has been fighting not in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, not with Ukraine, and with the entire NATO bloc, and at the same time it is moving forward. This was stated at the Valdai plenary session by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
So the Russian leader commented on the words of US President Donald Trump that Russia is a "paper tiger".
"But if we are at war with the entire NATO bloc and we are moving, moving, feeling confident, and it means that this is a paper tiger, then what about NATO itself? What is she like then?" said Putin, quoted by RBC.
He noted that he did not know in what context this expression sounded.
"With irony, maybe it was said. So he said to his interlocutor: "This is a paper tiger." And then, maybe what? Well, then go and deal with this "paper tiger". And there, you see, everything happens differently," Putin added.
