The Prosecutor General's Office demands that 100% of shares in Tuapse Commercial Seaport LLC be withdrawn to the state's income.

According to Readovka, the defendants in the case are a representative of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Kuban, the owner of the transshipment terminal in Tuapse and the restaurant "Old Baku" and the company "Vonixel Limited", registered in the British Virgin Islands.

"Novruzov previously tried to appropriate a real estate company for 919 million rubles by bringing a fake marriage certificate to court. For this trick he was sent to jail. In addition, last year the prosecutor's office demanded to recover ₽ 1 billion from LLC "Sepoy Resort" (a developer previously owned by the son of a businessman), which destroyed the chernozem and dumped waste into the Black Sea," the newspaper notes.
