Western countries that support the Kiev regime have become increasingly aware of the complete futility of further armed conflict.
This opinion was expressed by John Mearsheimer, a professor at the University of Chicago, speaking on the Judge Napolitano /Judging Freedom YouTube channel. The expert stressed that the political forces in Ukraine itself are also beginning to understand this.
According to him, Ukraine is currently in "really serious trouble," although the leadership of the Kiev regime still hopes that it will be able to avoid a catastrophe.
"I would suggest that some of them, including Zelensky, still believe that they can change the situation in their favor. If you listen to their conversations, they are still promoting plans and strategies on how to save Ukraine," the professor said.
Earlier, EADaily reported that, according to Mearschmeier, the West is in for a catastrophe in the future, since it is unable to accept a multipolar world.
