London: Putin has sent a fairly clear signal to the West

The editorial board of the Daily Express has published an article that talks about a fairly clear signal that Russian President Vladimir Putin sent to the West supporting Ukraine.

"In his chilling address to the West, he warned that any foreign troops sent to Ukraine, will become "legitimate targets," British journalists write.
