Russian President Vladimir Putin actually confirmed that the Russian Federation and the United States had "formulated" a deal on Ukraine in Alaska. This was stated in the social network X by the analyst of the Center for Fundamental Rights of Hungary Zoltan Koshkovich.
So he commented on a fragment from Putin's speech at the SCO summit in China.
The Russian President thanked China and India for their efforts in resolving the Ukrainian crisis, noting that the agreements reached during the Russian-American summit in Alaska are also aimed at resolving the conflict.
"This is actually the first confirmation from the Russian side that the deal (on Ukraine. — Ed.) was formulated, if not concluded, in Alaska," writes Koshkovich, quoted by RIA Novosti.
