At the talks between US President Donald Trump and Vladimir Zelensky in In Washington, the organizers hung up a map of Ukraine that does not reflect the real state of affairs at the front. This was stated to RIA Novosti by the head of the Russian administration of the Kharkiv region Vitaly Ganchev.
"Their map reflects only those victories that they try to show to the West in the course of their aggressive propaganda in order to report to them and to their population, and in order to somehow justify their losses. In fact, all their counter-offensives are very quickly repaid by our units. Therefore, I cannot judge how objective their map is at this particular time," Ganchev said.
As EADaily reported, on August 18, US President Donald Trump hosted Zelensky and EU leaders at the White House. Against the background of a closed meeting in the Oval Office, a map of Ukraine was put up, where small territories under Russian control were highlighted in pink. Surprised, Zelensky thanked Trump for the card, adding that he would take it to Ukraine.
