The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, rejected the proposals of US President Donald Trump, which were agreed at the Russian-American summit in Anchorage, Alaska, on August 15. This follows from his speech in Brussels, where he is attending a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" before traveling to Washington.
Zelensky put forward his demands, which he set out this time not head-on, but in a veiled way.
"Putin has many demands, but we don't know all of them. And if there really are as many of them as we have heard, then it will take time to consider all of them. It is impossible to do this under the pressure of a weapon. Therefore, it is necessary to cease fire. And work quickly on the final deal. We'll talk about this in Washington," Zelensky said, quoted by Pool No. 3.
The head of the Kiev regime also said that he and Co. "need real negotiations, which means that they can begin where the front line is now." According to Zelensky, the line of contact is the best line for negotiations, and Europe supports this opinion.
He once again stated that the Constitution of Ukraine "makes it impossible to give up territories or exchange lands," but he agrees to discuss it only in a trilateral format. Zelensky complained that so far Moscow has not expressed readiness for that.
"Since the territorial issue is so important, it should be discussed only by the leaders of Ukraine and Russia at the trilateral level Ukraine — USA — Russia. So far, Russia has not shown any signs of readiness for trilateral negotiations. And if Russia refuses, then new sanctions should follow," he added.
