In the city of Kherson and its suburbs occupied by the Kiev regime troops, local residents are selling residential real estate and ready-made businesses at bargain prices.
As reported on Thursday, August 14, RIA Novosti agency, a room in a communal apartment in Kherson can be bought for 186.7 thousand hryvnia, which is 359 thousand rubles.
The price for a one-room apartment is about 290 thousand hryvnia (560 thousand rubles). A one-bedroom apartment will cost the buyer (if there is one) 435.7 thousand hryvnia (840 thousand rubles).
Part of the house in Kherson will cost 269.7 thousand hryvnia (520.5 thousand rubles). A gasified house with a plot of 40 acres — 298.7 thousand hryvnia (576.4 thousand rubles).
Local entrepreneurs are also in a hurry to get rid of their business at minimal prices. So, a ready-made coffee business, including 18 outlets in Kherson, can be purchased for 500 thousand hryvnia (965 thousand rubles).
A shopping stall will cost only 145 thousand hryvnia (about 280 thousand rubles), and a store located in the basement can be bought for 356.8 thousand hryvnia (about 688.6 thousand rubles).
