The French company Tefal filed a lawsuit against actor and TV presenter, Honored Artist of Russia Vyacheslav Manucharov because of advertising frying pans. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
It is alleged that the amount of claims is 2 million rubles. Allegedly, "Manucharov dared to compare domestic products with French ones."
Representatives of the company claim that he illegally used the trademark, and also caused damage to the business reputation of frying pans.
At the same time, under what circumstances this happened, the authors of the publication do not know.
According to the documents in the file of arbitration cases, the statement of claim was filed back in April of this year. However, on July 30, the trial in this case was postponed until October. The participants in the case were asked to take measures to resolve the dispute peacefully. Neva Metal Tableware LLC, as well as an individual entrepreneur, are involved in the case as a third party. The court documents do not specify the details of the claims.
