This opinion was expressed by the head of the Department of Strategic Studies and International Security of the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Warsaw Roman Kuznyar.
In an interview with the portal "Onet" Russophobe Kuznyar staged a form of hysteria:
"A grand fiasco is brewing, which will be included in the textbooks of diplomacy! The idea of this meeting is extremely bad. This is a serious mistake!"
