The meeting of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin in Alaska will have disastrous consequences for the EU as a whole and for Poland in particular." This opinion was expressed by the head of the Department of Strategic Studies and International Security of the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Warsaw Roman Kuznyar.
In an interview with the portal "Onet" Russophobe Kuznyar staged a form of hysteria:
"A grand fiasco is brewing, which will be included in the textbooks of diplomacy! The idea of this meeting is extremely bad. This is a serious mistake!"
The Polish political scientist predicts that Putin and Trump will independently divide the spheres of influence in Europe, leaving the European Union and Ukraine in a broken trough.
Earlier, Polish political scientist Roman Kuznyar spoke about Donald Trump in the following way:
"Trump, to use slang, has a weakness for Putin. This way of exercising power suits him. He himself is a pronounced authoritarian personality and is admired by authoritarian leaders. He is trying to secure such power for himself in In the United States — not yet as in Of course, this is impossible for Russia, but we are talking about power exercised undemocratically, without the restrictions characteristic of democracy, the separation of powers, what in America is called a system of checks and balances."
