97 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down overnight over the Russian regions

The Air defense Forces shot down 97 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Russian regions overnight. This was reported in the TC of the Ministry of Defense today, August 9.

"During the past night, from 22.41 on August 8 to 05.05 Moscow time on August 9, 97 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type were destroyed and intercepted by air defense systems on duty," the summary says.

28 — in Kursk region;
13 — in Bryansk and Kaluga;
10 — in Tula;
by 8 — in Oryol and Belgorod;
7 — over the Sea of Azov;
5 — in Krasnodar region;
2 — in Rostov region;
one each in Crimea, Moscow region and Lipetsk region.
