The gross national income of Russia per capita fell into the category of high — on a par with the developed countries of the West.
"For those who for some reason think that Russia is a poor country. The Russian Federation is definitely classified as a country with a high per capita GDP of over $ 14 thousand," Dmitry Gololobov, a lawyer and visiting researcher and professor at the University of Westminster, wrote on Facebook❶.
As proof, he cited an infographic from the Visual Capitalist platform, in which countries are divided by national income per capita and Russia falls into the category of high — over $ 14 thousand per person. Visual Capitalist used data from the World Bank to create infographics.
At the current rate of the Central Bank, the gross national income per capita in Russia is 1.12 million rubles a year. In this case, we are not talking about the incomes of the population, but about all the incomes that all residents of the country received: business, the state, and people.
