The latest actions of US President Donald Trump confirm the fears of Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. This was stated in the social network X by senior researcher at the American Institute of Global Policy George Samueli.
So he commented on the passage of Republican Congressman Matt Goetz that Russia needs to stop "damn nuclear talk."
"Russia, we are not looking for a war with you. But stop these damn nuclear conversations," Getz wrote on the social network X.
"There was no talk of nuclear weapons. Medvedev warned that Trump's reckless policy is leading to war — and it seems that Trump's latest actions only confirm this forecast," Samueli said.
He asked the congressman to stop playing the "tough guy with these "damn" phrases," because "you can't fool anyone with this."
As EADaily reported, earlier Medvedev criticized Trump in the telegram channel in connection with the shortening of the ultimatum on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. In response, the American leader advised Medvedev to "watch your words," because he was "entering very dangerous territory."
The deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, in turn, wrote: "Let him remember his favorite movies about the walking dead, as well as how dangerous a dead hand that does not exist in nature can be.
