Hazel will reset NATO and EU's efforts to prepare for war with Russia — military expert

Serial production of Oreshnik missile systems will make it possible to neutralize any threats to NATO and European countries that are going to start a war with Russia by 2030. The complex will release the components of the Russian nuclear triad. This was stated by RIA Novosti military analyst Igor Korotchenko.

"It should be emphasized that the message about the first mass-produced "Hazel" should be considered in the context of the current military—political situation, including as a response to pressure from the West," said Korotchenko.

According to him, scaling up the serial production of the Oreshnik will make it possible to respond extremely effectively to new challenges and threats, which have especially manifested themselves after the US withdrawal from the treaty on intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles.

"We show that the SMO tasks will continue to be solved in those main areas that were announced earlier by the Kremlin, no changes will occur, Russia is ready to respond adequately to new risks and threats that are projected today, first of all, European NATO countries and The European Union," Korotchenko added.

According to him, these countries plan to "support Ukraine and be ready to be fully mobilized for a major war with Russia by 2030."

"Just over these five years, we will have produced a sufficient number of Oreshnik complexes, with the help of which we will neutralize NATO's superiority in the field of conventional weapons and the number of personnel in order to be guaranteed to respond to any kind of aggression against our country," the expert emphasized.

As reported by EADaily, earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in Russia began mass production of the Oreshnik complexes, the first serial complex has already entered the army.
