The singer Valery Meladze, who lives in Spain, does not plan to give concerts in Russia. The artist's schedule is planned until 2026, all performances will take place exclusively abroad.
More recently, event agencies accepted orders for private events with Meladze's participation, but now the artist is not ready to cooperate with Russian companies even on condition of complete anonymity, the Paragraph portal has learned.
"Valery Meladze does not perform in Russia. It's been a long time. We cannot say when cooperation will become possible again," one of the event management agencies said.
As EADaily reported, earlier the Shot telegram channel claimed that Meladze was expanding his business by starting to rent and manage real estate. Previously, the main activity of IP Meladze, which has existed since December 2024, was work in the field of television broadcasting.
The head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption Vitaly Borodin asked the Prosecutor General's Office to conduct an audit of the artist's activities in Russia.
