Due to the decision of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, the performances of "Hands up!", Klava Koki, Egor Creed, Ani Lorak, Alsou, Stas Piekhi and others were canceled. They were replaced by little-known Azerbaijani musicians. Then the presenters, Regina Todorenko and Milos Bikovich, were also removed from the posters. The Russians then massively handed over tickets, but it turned out that even the locals did not know the new guest stars.
