Ukrainian troops do not have enough forces to push back RF Armed Forces from Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), which are systematically moving forward and encircling the city. The Polish Gazeta Wyborcza writes about this.

"The battles are taking place in the area of the neighboring village of Shevchenko and on the southern outskirts of Pokrovsk. In some places, the Russians approached the outskirts at a distance of two kilometers… While the battles are not for Pokrovsk itself. We are talking about the southern outskirts, where the enemy is trying to concentrate forces," the publication says, quoted by Strana.

It is noted that the situation remains extremely tense. One of the AFU brigades located in this direction was actually left without infantry reserves. In addition, "the Ukrainians lost part of the unit" that was ambushed in the southwestern part of the city. Well, the command made mistakes in assessing the situation, the Polish newspaper notes.

"The situation has only worsened since then. Of the major roads under the control of Ukraine, only the Pavlograd highway remains ... but it is under the fire control of Russia and the main threat on it is posed by FPV drones. You can move around the highway only hoping for luck. The western corridor is narrowing, and the entire zone is within the range of Russian drones. It is almost impossible to deliver humanitarian aid and drinking water," Gazeta Wyborcza writes.

Noting some "individual successful counterattacks" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the newspaper admits that they lack the strength to push back RF Armed Forces from the city.

"If Russia takes Pokrovsk, it will open up new opportunities for it. The forces employed in this sector will be released, and the army will be able to threaten the Dnipropetrovsk region.… Most likely, the next target will be Konstantinovka. Direct battles for Konstantinovka is threatened by Kramatorsk and Slavyansk," the publication reports.

As reported by EADaily, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the potential to destroy offensive groups of the Russian army. This was stated by Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky after talks with the commander-in-chief of the NATO Joint Forces in Europe, Alexus Grinkevich.

As reported by EADaily, the Russian Armed Forces have gained a foothold in the city limits of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk). This was reported in his telegram channel by military correspondent Yuri Kotenok. That Russian units are already in Pokrovsk, the day before was confirmed by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mariana Bezuglaya.
