In Yekaterinburg, security forces detained the son of the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals. This was announced by the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption Vitaly Borodin.
Earlier, Mutvaly Shykhlinsky, driving a foreign car, shot down a security officer. The incident occurred during the detention of his father, Shahin Shykhlinski.
"I think in the near future he will be given a measure of restraint," Borodin said.
According to the preliminary version, he was detained as part of a criminal case initiated under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against a government official).
